PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting fitting which can be conveniently used when a separator for positioning a form plate is connected to a reinforcing bar. SOLUTION: This connecting fitting is composed of a main body 1, a bolt 2 and a rotating shaft 3; the main body 1 is equipped with an upper part 5 which has a through threaded hole 4, a side part 6 which is provided continuously at an approximately right angle from one end of the upper part 5, and a V-shaped reinforcing-bar receiving part 7 which is provided continuously to the side of the presence of the upper part 5 from a free end of the side part 6 and in which a side facing the upper part 5 is made reentrant; the bolt 2 presses and fixes the reinforcing bar 8 in which a tip pressing part 2a is fitted into the receiving part 7 in a state of being screwed into and passed through the hole 4 of the upper part 5 of the main body 1; the rotating shaft 3 is supported on the main body 1 so as to be rotatable on its shaft center 3a in such a manner that the shaft center 3a is directed in a perpendicular direction to a surface of the main body 1; and a seat 20 for welding the separator 19 is provided on the side of an outer end protruding to the outside of the main body 1.
