FIELD: automation and computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device that can be used in chemical, petrochemical, and other industries and has input parameter data input unit connected to unit for emergency boundary comparison and warning unit is provided in addition with newly introduced output data input unit connected to input of second emergency boundary comparison unit, mathematical modeling and prediction unit meant to predict variation path of parameters with time connected to input of third emergency boundary comparison unit, processing and decision taking unit designed for differential diagnostics of emergency situations and generation of data signal train, and control unit meant for shaping object emergency control signals, outputs of emergency boundary comparison units being connected to inputs of mentioned processing and decision taking unit whose first output is connected to input of warning unit and second output, to mentioned control unit. Mathematical model of object is used to analyze material and heat balance for predicting emergency situations and ensuring emergency control.
