PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position particularizing system for particularizing a position of a mobile communication terminal by using a mobile communication system and a data communication system and to provide a charging system. SOLUTION: This invention provides the position particularizing system for particularizing a position of a mobile communication terminal that is characterized in to include: a first short distance wireless communication apparatus mounted on the mobile communication terminal for making short distance wireless communication; a second short distance wireless communication apparatus mounted on a data communication access apparatus for making short distance wireless communication with the first short distance wireless communication apparatus; and a management apparatus that receives identification information of the mobile communication terminal being a party of the short distance wireless communication through a mobile communication network or a data communication network, authenticates the mobile communication terminal on the basis of the identification information of the mobile communication terminal and preset registration information, and particularizes the position of the mobile communication terminal depending on the result of authentication.
