PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block connecting plate capable of connecting blocks used for a block structure constructed by a dry method and controlling a position of each of the blocks to a load in the longitudinal direction and in the thick direction acting on the block structure. SOLUTION: The block connecting plate 100 is so constituted that a strut insertion-hole 10 is bored into a predetermined position of a plate-like plate and, at the same time, through-claws 11 and 12 projected respectively in vertical directions from both sides of the plate are formed. The block connecting plate 100 inserted into struts 2 is provided between the blocks 3 of the block structure comprised of the blocks 3 piled up between a plurality of struts 2, and the through-claws 11 and 12 pass through the upper end face and the lower end face of the blocks 3 to enable a pair of right and left holding the struts 2 and a pair of upper or lower blocks to connect.
