FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for orientation of objects in horizontal and vertical planes, for instance, at repairing and servicing of monitors, TB sets, etc. Proposed turn-over device has base, housing installed on base for turning around vertical axis, bracket installed on housing for turning around horizontal axis, handle for adjusting position of working platform of object to be turned over. Said working platform is made in form of several angle plates installed on guides rigidly intercoupled in relatively perpendicular positions and mounted on bracket. Angle plates on free ends of rectangular guides are fitted in slots of guides webs for displacement and locking. One of angle plates is hinge secured on slider installed on connecting rod. End of connecting rod is hinge-mounted on butt joint of rectangular guides. Handle is coupled with bracket through bushing and washer with splined projections by means of extension spring fitted in hole of bushing and secured by ends on handle and washer. Splined projections of washer are fitted in mating splined slots of bushing and flange secured on bracket. Required clamping of objects to be turned over on working platform is provided by angle plate installed on slider, and nut. Rectangular guides are furnished with readjustable locks on their ends and with non-readjustable lock in butt joint and with lock on slider installed for displacement together with slider.
