PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing machine management system constituted so as to economically perform collection of information and control of car washing machines. SOLUTION: Each of cellular telephones 7A to 7C can perform remote access to the respective washing machines 4A, 4B via an i-mode center 6, the Internet 8b, a management center 2, an exclusive network 3 such as a DoPa network or the Internet 8a. Collection of various kinds of data about the respective car washing machines 4A, 4B and the control of the washing machines can be performed from the respective cellular telephones 7A to 7C.
