PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with a moving plate which can fulfill a waterproofing function without growing in size. SOLUTION: A moving plate 12, in a shape of a side wall 31 from a rim of a substrate 30 with a holding hole 35 opened capable of inserting a tab 23A of a male side terminal fixture 23, is inserted in a hood part 22 of a male housing 11 in free movement. In the substrate 30 of the moving plate 12, a first seal ring 38 is provided on a front surface 30A facing to an insertion- coupling face of a female housing 10, and a second seal ring 39 is provided on a back surface 30B facing to an insertion-coupling face 20A of the male housing. The male and female housings 10, 11 are made waterproof as those seal rings 38, 39 are compressed by the insertion-coupling face 20A of the male housing and the insertion-coupling face of the female housing 10 with the insertion-coupling of the female housing 10.
