PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress edge curling and separation of the electrode in the substrate for a display device. SOLUTION: The black color conductive layer 103b has a thickness Tb at the wiring connection part 1031 of a bus electrode 103 and is rectangular in plan view. The low resistance layer 103w of the wiring connection part 1031 has a thickness Tw. The width of the low resistance layer 103W becomes narrower continuously from the border SS of the wiring connection part 1031 and the part not facing FPC toward the top end EE of the bus electrode 103, and becomes narrowest at the top end EE (W1θ>π/2). Thereby, the low resistance layer 103w has a smaller width than the part not facing the FPC. The part that is not arranged with the low resistance layer 103w in the wiring connection part 1031 is thinner than the part not facing the FPC. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
