FIELD: laser technique. SUBSTANCE: electric ionizing chamber with discharge space 10 cm is filled with oxygen, molecular gases CO, and/or H2, and/or D2 are added in the ratio 80-99% and 1-20%, respectively. Electronic beam is introduced through polyimide foil with thickness 40 mcm separating the electron accelerator vacuum chamber and discharge space. Plasma of non-independent electric discharge is maintained at oxygen partial pressure 10-100 Torr in the range of reduced field intensity 10-16-10-15B.cm-2. Invention ensures to enhance the yield of singlet oxygen up to 30%. Invention can be used in oxygen-iodine lasers. EFFECT: improved preparing method, increased yield. 2 cl, 6 dwg
