FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device aimed at improving rigid comfort of passengers, particularly, to passenger seat heaters. Proposed device designed for heating car seat, consisting of backrest and cushion, contains resistive heating elements built into covers made of insulating material and connected with car power supply system through circuit cord, control unit, connector plug and cigarette lighter on car dashboard. Insulating material covers are furnished with triple layer envelope made of flexible material and provided with fasteners for attachment to seat and made in form of elastic belts. Envelope is made of trapezoidal layers sewn over perimeter. Middle layer is provided with pockets for heating elements. Slot is made in one layer of envelope. EFFECT: possibility of assembling device in room not furnished with special equipment. 4 cl, 8 dwg
