METHOD OF PERFORMING PHYSICO-CHEMICAL REACTIONS IN DIFFERENT-PHASE MEDIUM

FIELD: physico-chemical technologies; preparation of homogeneous (finely-dispersed) emulsions from immiscible liquids. SUBSTANCE: different-phase medium with liquid as one phase is subjected to tension-compression deformation effected by means of flat working disks between which said medium is placed. Said disks perform oscillatory motion in anti-phase at amplitude no less than 0.1 of distance between them at ratio of this distance to minimum overlapping disks not exceeding 0.05. Proposed method considerable enhances efficiency and increases productivity due to turbulization of medium and cavitation. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; increased productivity. 2 dwg
