PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for preparing small tortillas or flakes from fresh dough of nixtamalized corn, which is capable of efficiently rolling up tortillas in an accurately regular shape by a continuous and automatic process using a conventional sheeter laminator with an exit mesh conveyor. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an accelerating mesh conveyor(108) combined at an end of an exit mesh conveyor(106) and having two housings(112) at both sides thereof, the housings(112) each having three square support structures(113,114,115) vertically fixed thereto. Each support structure has a slit at an upper center, and three arrow members(116,117,118) are transversely supported on the support structures(113,114,115), respectively, and are freely detachable with respect to the accelerating mesh conveyor(108). A preliminary roll-up mesh(119) is hung from both ends from the arrow members(116,117) and a final roll-up mesh(120) is hung from one end from the arrow member(118).
