PRE-MIXING METAL FIBER BURNER

PURPOSE: A pre-mixing metal fiber burner is provided to prevent air pollution by reducing nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide. CONSTITUTION: An outer distributor(2) has a hole(3) through which mixed air introduced from a burner inlet passes, and is fixed by a burner flange. A metal fiber mat is closely adhered to the outside of the outer distributor, and burns the mixed air passing through the hole. An end cap(6) is fixed on the ends of the outer distributor and metal fiber mat, and closes a burner outlet.
