<p>The present invention relates to a biocompatible composite material with an osteotropic activity, suitable for integrating and reconstructing portions of bone tissue in the human body and effecting bone implantations. The composite material of the invention comprises a dispersion of hydroxyapatite, or biological glass, in the form of particles or blocks, inside a biocompatible adhesive matrix consisting of a hydrolyzed product of a fish origin.</p> |
