<p>The invention concerns a method which consists in producing powders with low hygroscopicity by vacuum drying of an aqueous solution, then by grinding, thereby obtaining a compound consisting of crystalline grains, whereof the moisture content is determined and stable. The invention is in particular applicable to organometallic complexes of glycine with a metal, wherein the glycine is bound to the metal by at least an oxygen of its carbonyl group.</p> |
