PURPOSE: To provide a disposable diaper of an open type which makes close contact around the legs easily. CONSTITUTION: The disposable diaper 1 of an open type has a crotch region 8, a front waistline region 6, and a back waistline region 7 in the lengthwise direction. A wing part 22 is formed at the side of the back waistline region 7, and a fastening part 29 is provided on the inner surface of an end part of the wing part 22. The wing part 22 is divided into two parts: a part 27 close to the outside in the lengthwise direction of the diaper 1 and a part 28 close to the inside, and the part 27 close to the outside is made to expand more elastically in the widthwise direction than the part 28 close to the inside. The tape fastening part 29 is located at the part 27 close to the outside of the wing part 22. |
