A switch mode dual voltage power supply that generates supply generates the second output voltage (U2>out<) by causing a potential difference on the current path of the load (21) of the said first output voltage (U1>out<) and controlling said second output voltage (U2>out<) by a voltage controlled current regulating device (3) that permits by-passing the current of the second voltage output (U2>out<), when a desired level of the said second output voltage is reached over the poles of the filter capacitor (13) of said second output voltage.
