PURPOSE: A braking device is provided to prevent a misoperation and to secure the braking force and the safety according to the load of freight by improving the accuracy. CONSTITUTION: An IBS-5 relay valve(10) flows the pressure of supplied air pipe(SP) to positive pressure braking containers(30,30a) by raising a body closing piston and opening a supply valve through a point transferring portion of a piston when compressed air of a braking pipe(BP) is supplied to a middle chamber of the body closing piston. A lower closing piston is raised by supplying the compressed air of the supplied air pipe to a lower chamber of the lower closing piston through an air pipe(41). The compressed air into an upper chamber of the body closing piston is adjusted by releasing the pressure downward the lower closing piston through the change of the point at a braking operation of the body closing piston. Thereby, The IBS-5 relay valve obtains the necessary braking force according to the load of freight in a trolley. A loading valve(20) obtains the necessary braking force to the IBS-5 relay valve by flowing the compressed air of the supplied air pipe to the air pipe according to the loaded amount of the freight. The braking containers brakes a wheel of the trolley through a braking device by flowing the compressed air to the piston chambers via the IBS-5 relay valve. Thereby, the misoperation is prevented and the braking force and the safety are secured.
