发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING IONIC CONDUCTANCE OF SOLID ELECTROLYTES
摘要 The invention relates to electrochemical cells provided with a solid electrolyte such as lithium high-energetic electrochemical cells and fuel cells. The inventive method for measuring the ionic conductance of solid electrolytes which uses the set of contact and contactless methods based on transducers provided with a harmonically variable electric field consists in applying bonding pads having equal shape and surface area on the opposite faces of a sample, said faces being arranged on the same axis; measuring the frequency characteristic of the active resistance of said sample between the contact electrodes and examining the gradient of the frequency characteristic of the active resistance of the sample. A contactless method is used after a contact method. In addition, the contact method involves the recording of the boundary frequency when said gradient is less than the predetermined limit, the measurement at said frequency of the active resistance for several samples made of the same material of different thicknesses, the approximation of the thus obtained results with the aid of a linearity, the remeasurement of the samples having different thicknesses at a higher frequency and the comparison of the tilting angles of the approximating right lines. The inventive contactless method consists in measuring the active resistance of samples having a different thickness and measuring the distance between the electrodes and the surface of said samples, the measurements being carried out at the different frequencies of the harmonically variable electric field.
