A method and a device for manufacturing a bellow tube capable of changing the arrangement pattern of mold blocks due to a change in specifications of the bellows tube without changing a setup and capable of arbitrarily changing the arrangement pattern of the mold blocks without stopping a machine and feeding the changed pattern to a forming zone to increase the productivity of the bellows tube, the method comprising the steps of organizing mold block rows (20) and (22) by sorting necessary unit mold blocks according to an arrangement organization specified by the quantity and order, for each type, of the unit mold blocks (MBa), (MBb), (MBc), and (MBd) forming a first mold block row (20) and a second mold block row (22) corresponding to the shape of the bellows tube, feeding the organized block rows to a forming zone (24), extruding molten resin from the extruding die (25) of an extruder (26) to an area between the first mold block row (20) and the second mold block row (22), generating a negative pressure in a closed mold while moving the first mold block row (20) and the second mold block row (22) in the same direction to form the bellows tube, and sorting the mold block rows returned from the forming zone to the arrangement of the unit mold blocks for each type. |
