<p>Novel fused bicyclic pyridine derivatives represented by the general formula (1) or salts thereof, which exhibit tachykinin receptor antagonism, particularly NK1 receptor antagonism: (1) wherein A and B are each a benzene ring which may have one to three substituents (with the proviso that any two substituents adjacent to each other may be united to form a ring); C is a nitrogen-containing ring substituted at the nitrogen atom; R1 and R2 may be the same or different and are each hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkylsulfonyl, C1-6 alkylcarbonyl, or C1-6 alkoxy- carbonyl, or R1 and R2 may be united to form ring D; m is 1 or 2; n is 2 or 3; and q is an integer of 1 to 4.</p> |
