<p>Advertising light display made of cardboard is the electric light device, by means of which displaying commercials or other messages illuminated by electric light sources behind the signs of which these messages consist, is done. Figure 1 shows the display consisting of multipart housing (1, 2, 3 and 5) made of cardboard and/or other inflammable rigid materials and electric light device placed in the housing, that is fed with alternate current of 220 V voltage and 50 Hz frequency. Light fixtures (Z1, Z2, ... Zn) are fed with direct current over the semiconducting rectifying element (D) which transforms the alternate current into the direct current of low voltage and small power. By application of low-energy light sources, the highest housing temperature in continuous operation does not exceed 50 °C. The display is suitable for application in indoor and dry spaces as stationary device or as freestanding portable device for displaying various commercials and messages with information, educational and entertainment character.</p> |
