Monitor consists of a chamber (1) with shape memory deforming while an external force is applied as the tire rolls along the road. It is connected by an internal (3) and an external (4) one-way valve with the tire inner(6) and the outside (5), the chamber being longer than the optimum contact area of the tire with the road surface and having two connected partial spaces at opposite sides of the tire. It has a tire rotation speed or acceleration sensor.
