PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of rice containing lacquer tree components which is very beneficial to the human body. Therefore, a consumer easily takes lacquer tree components. CONSTITUTION: Rice containing lacquer tree components is characterized by coating a lacquer tree extract on the surface of rice and impregnating an albumen of the rice with the extract. Its manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing a lacquer tree extract; polishing rice with coating and impregnating with the extract; and drying the rice. |
