Photosensitive composition comprises: (a) a water-soluble cationic polymer with pendant vinylphenyl groups and/or a water-soluble polymer with pendant vinylphenyl and sulfonate groups; and (b) a photoinitiator and/or photo-acid generator. An Independent claim is also included for a photosensitive composition comprising a cationic monomer with at least two polymerizable unsaturated groups, a polymer, and a photoinitiator and/or photo-acid generator.
