PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD HAVING BURIED RESISTOR AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A printed circuit board is provided to be capable of minimizing a variation of a resistance value due to an outer circumstance and of realizing a desired resistance value exactly. CONSTITUTION: Circuit patterns(102,102') are formed on a surface layer of an insulation substrate. A pairs of resistor terminals(103,103') are formed on the surface layer of the insulation substrate with a predetermined pattern and are spaced apart from each other. The resistor terminals comprise a metal pad and a conductive protection layer formed on the metal pad. A thick film resistor(107) is formed between the resistor terminals and is connected to the respective resistor terminals. An over coating layer is configured to cover the resistor and the resistor terminals and is made of a guttation resin.
