PURPOSE: Provided is functional bread containing Gastrodia elata blume powder that has pharmacological effects, such as lowering of blood pressure, antioxidation, antitrombosis and the like. Therefore, the functional bread contains the pharmacological effects of Gastrodia elata blume. CONSTITUTION: Functional bread is characterized by containing 0.1-10 part by weight of Gastrodia elata blume, 0.1-8 part by weight of sugar, 0.1-3 part by weight of salt, 0.1-5 part by weight of yeast and 50-70 part by weight of water based on 100 part by weight of flour.
