PURPOSE: A flexible connector for a paved road is provided to improve flexibility of a road connector adjusting to the variation caused by contraction or expansion of a load, plus to create the structure with an easy installment and replacement, and effectively prevent any impurity from infiltrating into the gap of a road. CONSTITUTION: The flexible connector for a paved road consists of: a flexible connector(6) provided with a V-shaped groove(2) and a hollow space(5), and joined with a joint plate inserted into an access slot(4) along the guide groove(3); an anchor bar(9) bent at the end to join with the joint plates. Consequently, the flexible connector expands and contracts by the V-shaped groove, therefore meeting variation of a road, in addition when damaged by a long-term use, easily switched with a new one by separating the joint plate.
