PURPOSE: A vehicle commerce method as a portal service based on a network is provided to supply a program having a service function for satisfying a client and connecting implemented various functions of the Internet so as to prevent a financial loss caused by an absence of off-line and system. CONSTITUTION: A client(4) connects to a vehicle portal site(2) using a client system based on a network. The client(4) requests and receives an electronic commerce related to a vehicle transaction, various supplementary services, and a linking service with other industries. The vehicle portal site(2) supplies a vehicle transaction service, supplementary services, and other linking services for the client(4). A linking store(6) based on a network such as a cooperated store, a member store, or an agency is cooperated with the vehicle portal site(2), supplies a good quality service for the client(4), and creates a profit. The client(4), the vehicle portal site(2), and the linking store(6) are linked through a network such as the Internet(8,10).
