PURPOSE: A reinforcing member of a chassis frame for a vehicle is provided to relieve bending and torsion in the chassis frame by dispersing load of a rear suspension upper to front and rear cross members. CONSTITUTION: A combining structure of a chassis frame comprises a rear suspension upper(200), a first cross member(310), and a second cross member(320). The rear suspension upper is fixed to an inner surface of a side member(100). A rear suspension is combined to a lower portion of the rear suspension upper. First and second cross members are arranged to front and rear portions of the rear suspension upper. A reinforcing member(400) is installed under an upper portion of the rear suspension upper. The reinforcing member is welded to the first cross member and the second cross member respectively. A spare tire cross member(500) and a reinforcement(600) of a rear bumper are combined to the side member to fix a spare tire(510) additionally. Thereby, stress concentration on the chassis frame is prevented by dispersing impact of the rear suspension upper to first and second cross members with the side member and the reinforcing member.
