DEVICE FOR SHARING MEMORY USING SPLIT LOGIC

PURPOSE: A device for sharing a memory using a split logic circuit is provided to use integrated memories having the same form, respectively, simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A function block(800) includes a function logic 'A'(810), a function logic 'B'(820), a memory control logic 'A'(830), and a memory control logic 'B'(840). A memory device connected to the function block(800) includes an integrated memory(910) and a self-diagnosis logic(940). The integrated memory(910) is an interactive SRAM(Dual Port Synchronous Random Access memory) having the larger memory out of a memory capacity necessary for the function logic 'A'(810) and a memory capacity necessary for the function logic 'B'(820). The memory control logic 'A'(830) which needs the smaller memory capacity includes a split logic(835) which separates the total memory area of the integrated memory(910) into the first memory area(920) and the second memory area(930) and converts an address created by the memory control logic 'A'(830).
