PURPOSE: An adjusting apparatus for an angle of refraction of a propeller shaft for a vehicle is provided to prevent vibration due to secondary couple in departure and to use inexpensive a coupling member. CONSTITUTION: An adjusting apparatus for an angle of refraction of a propeller shaft for a vehicle is arranged to compensate the angle of refraction of the propeller shaft changed by load of the vehicle. The adjusting apparatus for the angle of refraction of the propeller shaft comprises a distance measuring sensor(24), a control unit(28), and a compensating device(30). The distance measuring sensor detects an above-ground height of a rear wheel. The control unit calculates a curved angle between shaft members(14,16) of front and rear portions by the above-ground height detected from the distance measuring sensor and compensates the angle. The compensating device operates not to bend a portion between shaft members of front and rear portions according to control of the control unit. Thereby, bending of the propeller shaft is prevented by arranging an installing angle of the propeller shaft changed by load of the vehicle. Vibration generated by secondary couple is prevented in transmitting a driving force.
