PURPOSE: A method for controlling fuel injection of an engine in vehicle is provided to improve a driving comfort by preventing a lean peak of an air/fuel ratio caused by fuel injection reduction factors. CONSTITUTION: When power is applied to a vehicle, all parameters are initialized(S100). After an engine is ignition-on, if a cooling water temperature exceeds a first predetermined value, a fuzzy duty value is determined so as to calculate fuel injection reduction factors and so as to determine whether or not a driver intends to carry out a sudden acceleration(S120). Then, it is determined whether or not a lean peak of an air/fuel ratio is generated in an acceleration state of the vehicle. If the lean peak of the air/fuel ratio is generated, the fuzzy duty is set to 0% for a predetermined time period(S190) and fuel injection reduction factor is set to 1.0(S200). Then, a control signal is outputted in order to control an amount of fuel(S210,S220).
