PURPOSE: Provided is an assemblable artificial reef for fish using waste vinyl, waste iron and natural stone which prevents environmental pollution caused by waste vinyl and waste iron and obtains cheap material for artificial reef. CONSTITUTION: The artificial reef is produced by blending waste vinyl and waste iron in a mixing ratio of about 1:2. The blend is press-formed to produce a triangular prism shaped frame plate having natural stones protruded therefrom. The triangular prism shaped frame plates are bound to each other by the ends of the triangular prisms having a concave part and a convex part, respectively. At the edge where the triangular prisms are connected, bolt holes are formed to fix the triangular prism shaped frame plates by nuts. Eight triangular prism shaped frame plates form one artificial reef for fishing.
