A warning triangle has a rail-type base-part (1) whose long ends carry a mounting body each with two vertical mounting borings. Four supporting (4-7) legs are provided with their off-set ends hinge-mounted into the mounting borings. The mounting bodies (2,3) are joined integrally with the base-part (1) and in each case a locking body (25) can be latched into each bearing body such that the off-set ends (20) of the supporting legs (4-7) are secured against falling out from the mounting borings.
