The spectacles frame has a side arm (4) held in the rotary axis (Z) between two holding blocks (3,5) clamped axially together in a positive fit, to give a swing movement of 0-90 deg around the fixed axis bolt (6). An axial tension (F) is applied to the side arm through the mounting structure of the holding blocks. They are clamped between two simple round wires (2,8), which are bonded to clamping blocks (1,7). The gap (a) between the drillings (9,10) for the wires through the clamping blocks is smaller than the gap (b) between the axes of the wires, which gives an axial force on the side arm as a movement control function.
