METHOD FOR PURIFYING WASTEWATER WITH HIGH PRESSURE HEATING SPRAY DRY

PURPOSE: A method is provided to purify waste and wastewater formed in the food processing process effectively, and economically with cooling-purifying after pressing-separating and high pressure heating process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of settling wastewater in a settling tank to separate heavy sludge from wastewater; decanting supernatant from the settling tank; heating the decanted supernatant under high pressure; spraying the heated water into a drying chamber where liquid portion is vaporized and solid is settled down the drying chamber; condensing the vapor to water and wasting settled solid.
