ALIGNING APPARATUS OF PAPER FOR PAPER FEEDING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An aligning apparatus for paper of a paper feeding system is provided to align paper steadily by a power transmitting structure with a worm gear without a spring clutch and to prevent a motor from overloading by a direct current motor to a cam member. CONSTITUTION: An aligning apparatus for paper of a paper feeding system includes a stopper member(31); a cam member(33); a driving unit(35) and a power transmitting device(37). The stopper member is installed to a lower portion of a feed tray to be rotated and shaken around a shaft. The stopper member has an aligning protrusion(31a) on a tip which comes and goes to a through hole(21a) of the feed tray. The cam member is installed to a frame of a machine on the lower portion of the stopper member. A swash plate cam(33a) is installed to the cam member to rotate and shake the stopper member to a paper aligning site and paper aligning releasing site with highest and lowest points. The driving unit rotates and shakes the cam member. The power transmitting device transmits power of the driving unit to the cam member. The power transmitting device is composed of a worm(37a) combined to a shaft of the driving unit and a worm wheel(33b) formed to an outer peripheral surface of the cam member. Therefore, steady and precise aligning paper operation is operated regardless of size precision of a motor member and using period.
