METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTIVELY PROCESSING INTER SIP SERVER LOAD IN INTRA DOMAIN

PURPOSE: A method for distributively processing inter SIP server load in an intra domain is provided to characterize characteristics of each server and increase the convenience and the efficiency of service management. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether a representative proxy of the corresponding domain transmits an SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) request message(S101). An SLD(SIP Load Distributor) server searches a registrar DB for location information of the corresponding user(S102). It is judged whether the registrar DB has the location information of the corresponding user(S104). If not, the SLD server sends a 'not found' response message to the representative proxy(S106). If so, the SLD server adds a search result record to the SIP request message(S108). A server having the lowest load is searched for in a load management table(S110). A load increment is reflected in a record to the server having the lowest load(S112). The SIP request message is transmitted to the retrieved server(S114).
