PURPOSE: A computer is provided to replace and repair a hardware without a trouble by preventing a rotation of an opened movable casing into a closing direction while replacing and repairing the hardware. CONSTITUTION: A fixed casing(10) receives a plurality of hardware and has an entrance/exit opening(11) formed along the upper portion. A movable casing(20) blocks the entrance/exit opening(11) and includes hardware in the inner wall. A hinge unit(30) is prepared at one side of the entrance/exit opening(11) and supports the movable casing(20). A latch member(40) locks and unlocks the movable casing(20) with respect to the fixed casing(10) at a blocking position. A stopping lever is prepared at one side out of the fixed casing(10) and the movable casing(20) and moves between a stopping position for preventing a rotation of the movable casing(20) from a direction for opening the entrance/exit opening(11) to a direction for closing the entrance/exit opening(11) above a predetermined angle and a withdrawal position for permitting a rotation of the movable casing(20) in the direction for closing the entrance/exit opening(11).
