PURPOSE: A process for preparing partial hydrolysates of organometallic compounds is provided, a process for preparing partial hydrolysates of organometallic compounds, in particular alkylaluminoxanes, or transition metal catalysts immobilized on inert support materials is provided, and the products prepared by this process are provided. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing partial hydrolysates of organometallic compounds immobilized on support materials is characterized in that the organometallic compounds and water are continuously introduced into a static mixer in the presence of hydrocarbons and the resulting reaction products are brought into contact with support materials, wherein solutions or dispersions of partial hydrolysates or organometallic compounds are formed as reaction products. The process for preparing partial hydrolysis products of organometallic compounds is characterized in that the organometallic compounds and water are introduced continuously into a static mixer in the presence of hydrocarbons, wherein organomagnesium, organozinc or organoaluminium compounds are used as organometallic compound.
