<p>An arm-mounted cutting tool is employed to make adjustments to the roof profile of a deep mine conveyer roadway. The cutting tool is mounted on an articulated arm (2) with an up/down vertical and horizontal forward/rear action. The arm esp. has a forward/rear feed cylinder (2a), a feed arm (2b), a swivel cylinder (2c), a swivel arm (2d), a pitch cylinder (2e) and a swivel-head (2f).</p> |
