PURPOSE: A refill unit of a refill pack exchange type is provided to improve its sanitation in use as well as eliminate any troublesome exchange work, and to reduce a manufacturing cost thereof due to the manufacture of certain parts. CONSTITUTION: The refill unit of a refill pack exchange type comprises a housing(120) having a housing neck(121) at the upper end thereof, a base member(124) having a fitting coupler(130), and an extraction pump(140) fixed at the housing neck. The housing is defined therein with an interior space for receiving a refill pack(100), and is opened at its lower end. The extraction pump is connected with an auxiliary connecting tube(150) having a large diameter section(152) capable of being coupled in a sealing manner to a flat portion(110) of the refill pack.
