PURPOSE: An optical random access memory using an injection Fabry-Perot laser diode is provided to maintain power over a predetermined level in a specific wavelength zone. CONSTITUTION: An optical random access memory using an injection Fabry-Perot laser diode includes the first and second light generators(200,220). The first light generator is injected in a specific wavelength mode according to an optical signal having a specific wavelength, inputted from the outside, to generate an optical signal injected in the specific wavelength. The second light generator is injected in a specific wavelength mode according to the optical signal output from the first light generator and generates an optical signal injected in the specific wavelength. The optical signal inputted from the outside is stored between the first and second light generators. The first and second light generators correspond to one of a Fabry-Perot laser diode and an optical fiber Fabry-Perot laser diode.
