PURPOSE: A washer, a fastening unit with the washer, a fastening method using the washer, and a fastening power tool are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost without a change of a bolt or a nut. CONSTITUTION: A washer(6) is applied between a bolt, which has an axis(A2) and is introduced into an object(2) including at least two parts to be assembled, and a nut(3) connected with the bolt. The washer comprises a first top support surface(8) combined to the nut; a second bottom support surface(9) combined to a side of the object to be assembled; and a body(7) with at least one turning resistant surface(10). The first and second support surfaces are spaced out from each other in an axial direction of facing an axis(A1) of the washer corresponding to the axis of the bolt. At least one turning resistant surface is disposed to the radial inside of the body of the washer. A third turning resistant surface is wedge-fitted to a spiral(5) of the bolt by forming a spiral bolt spiral-combining unit(11) corresponding to the third turning resistant surface. When the nut is turned with a given force in one direction and the body of the washer receives simultaneously the given force in an opposite direction, only the nut turns to tighten or loosen the bolt and the body of the washer remains rotation stationary while the bolt elongates or relaxes in an axial direction.
