PURPOSE: A refill unit is provided to eliminate any inconvenience in the exchange of a refill pack, and to prevent hands of the user or the outer surface of a container from being smeared with contents of a refill pack when the user pours the contents into the container. CONSTITUTION: The refill unit having a cap comprises a refill pack(100) formed with a distortion limiting protrusion(111), a housing(120), and an extraction pump(140) to be screwed with a refill pack neck(110) and supported by a shoulder(123) of the housing. The housing has a refill pack neck groove(121), which is opened to allow a refill pack neck(110) to be protruded therethrough, and a fixing groove(122) to be engaged with the protrusion.
