PURPOSE: A system for creating and reproducing an encoded file regardless of kind of a reproduction program is provided to prevent an illegal copy of media files by encoding various kinds of media files, decoding the encoded media files through a reproduction program wanted by a user, and reproducing the files. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of user computers(200) output member registration request data of a user communicated with a server computer(300) which creates and supplies an encoded file through a communication network(100) to the server computer(300), and receive data for a member registration from the server computer(300). The user computer(200) outputs member registration data being inputted by the user to the server computer(300), receives and stores a user inherent key being created in a member registration from the server computer(300). The user computer(200) outputs specific media file request data being inputted by the user who checks registered media files to the server computer(300), and receives a specific one-click encoded file. The header portion is encoded by the inherent key of the user. If the user executes the one-click encoded file, the user computer(200) automatically constructs a reproduction environment and decodes the encoded file using the inherent key of the user, and reproduces the file through a reproduction program wanted by the user.
