PURPOSE: A no-parking and no-stoppage warning device is provided to prevent traffic accidents by securing the visual field of drivers. CONSTITUTION: The no-parking and no-stoppage warning device comprises a loop sensor(12) installed on a no-parking and no-stoppage area of a road(10) to sense an approach of a vehicle(11), a controller sensing the signals of the loop sensor(12), checking the time elapsed using a timer and generating warning signals after the appointed time, a warning lamp(23) and a speaker taking warning signals of the controller and generating warning lights and sounds, and a signal(20) provided with the controller, the speaker and the warning lamp(23) and fixed to a support(22).
