PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a radiator is provided to previously prevent the noise through a radiator and to improve the riding comfort by absorbing and isolating the noise through a damping rubber of a bracket. CONSTITUTION: Brackets(40) installing damping rubbers(30) are combined with the upper parts of a chassis(20) and a radiator(10) through bolts(60). The damping rubbers of the brackets are connected through a cylindrical pipe(50). Vibration absorbing slots(31) are penetrated in the damping rubbers. Thereby, the noise through the radiator is prevented and the riding comfort is improved.
