A process for producing an oscillating actuator comprising a coil-holding member and a carriage member having a bearing hole and an arm, a coil and the bearing hole being surrounded by a continuous resin, which process comprises placing in a mold the coil and the carriage member having inlets for a melted resin which penetrates the carriage member to the bearing hole and filling an inside of the mold with the melted resin so that the melted resin is pushed into a gap between a portion of the mold for forming a shaft hole and the bearing hole via the inlets and an inner wall layer integrally connected to the coil-holding member is formed inside the bearing hole. The process can produce an oscillating actuator showing great strength of connection between the coil-holding member and the carriage member and advantageously used for disk apparatuses. <IMAGE>
